Each part is equipped with an electric opening and closing system, pneumatic locking system, pneumatic plate lifting system, automatic ink mixing system and ink shortage alarm system to ensure the normal operation of the whole machine, exquisite printing patterns and accurate color registration. All transmission shafts of the whole machine are treated with dynamic and static balance, and the gears are processed by special technology. All gears are carburized and ground, the overall hardness is HRC52-58, and the accuracy is grade 6.
All gears are lubricated by spray circulating lubrication, equipped with circulating oil display window, and the oiling situation can be observed at any time. And that connection between the gear and the transmission shaft is fix by the keyless connection ring, which is firm and reliable.
